These reducers facilitate improved circuit protection by allowing the installation of time-delay fuses sized closer to the motor nameplate current, which is beneficial for renewable or one-time fuse applications feeding motors. Suitable for electrical distributors and switchgear suppliers, these fuse reducers accommodate Class H, K, or R fuses fitting Class H or K clips with non-rejection types, while rejection-type reducers restrict fitment to Class R or Class J fuses accordingly. Note that Class J fuse reducers are not intended for bolt-on applications.
