Made of die-cast aluminum, this cover features a durable hinge that allows it to rotate open 180°, and two slide egress doors that lock in the open position and automatically close around cables when the cover is closed. It is intended for finished floors such as carpet, tile, and wood. For use with polished concrete or terrazzo floors, the EFB45-CTR concrete/terrazzo ring (sold separately) is required to achieve a flush installation.
