It serves as a connector for rigid metal conduit or EMT conduit when used with a Bridgeport Fittings connector, providing a reliable wet locations seal. This grounding hub ensures bonding between ground electrode conductors (G.E.C.), bonding jumpers, and enclosures without requiring an external lug. It is suitable for applications at the enclosure and at the end of bonding conductor raceways in electrical distribution and lighting solutions.
