Metacaulk 150+, 30 oz Firestop Sealant Metacaulk 150+ is a one-component, general purpose fire rated sealant designed for construction joints and through-penetrations. It serves as a fire, smoke, acoustic, and water barrier, preventing the spread of flames, smoke, hot gases, and water through joint openings. This water-based, non-sag, caulking grade sealant cures to an elastomeric flexible set suitable for dynamic movement applications. Ideal for use by electrical distributors and lighting solutions providers in firestop systems, it is compatible with various penetrations including EMT, telephone, and power cables in concrete, gypsum, and wood floor assemblies.
