WATTSTOPPER CD-250-LA Multi-Way Dimming Residential Vacancy Sensor The WATTSTOPPER CD-250-LA is a multi-way dimming wall switch vacancy sensor designed for residential use to replace standard single pole or multi-way switches or dimmers. It provides manual-on, automatic-off control with full-range dimming for incandescent lighting loads between 25 and 500 watts. Ideal for indoor areas such as bedrooms, living rooms, dining rooms, and family rooms, this sensor integrates occupancy sensing with lighting control to optimize energy savings and user convenience. It supports multi-location control when used with additional CD-250 units or RH-253 momentary switches, making it suitable for complex residential lighting configurations. The sensor features a lighted pushbutton for visibility in dark rooms and complies with California Title 24 energy code requirements.
